BAFFLE RETAINER AND BAFFLE <strong>INSTALLATION</strong><br />
STEP 1: Position first cast baffle in boiler on supports<br />
as shown<br />
STEP 2: Put baffle retainers in place by sliding one<br />
along each edge of the baffle<br />
STEP 3: Once one baffle <strong>and</strong> baffle supports are in<br />
place slide second cast baffle into place<br />
STEP 4: Inserting stainless steel baffle. Slide baffle<br />
through the firedoor <strong>and</strong> position so that the short<br />
brake on the steel is closest to the front <strong>and</strong> pointing<br />
up. Raise the front of the baffle high enough that the<br />
edge can be slid under the cast baffle. Once the<br />
stainless steel baffle is under the edge of the cast<br />
baffle, continue to push the stainless steel baffle until<br />
the bend comes up tight against the front of the cast<br />
baffle. Note the baffles <strong>and</strong> retainers may have to be<br />
lifted slightly to slide the stainless steel baffle under it<br />
