Sale Terms & Conditions -
Sale Terms & Conditions: Terms of the sale are cash, check or
bank draft or other terms agreed to in writing between seller and
buyer, payable immediately upon conclusion of the sale and
before animals will be moved. Sellers will reserve the right to
require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle.
Insurance or Purchases and Risk: All animals are at owner’s
risk prior to their sale and become property of the purchaser as
soon as declared sold by the auctioneer. Insurance information
will be available on sale day.
Bidding: All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes or
challenges regarding bids will be settled by the auctioneer and
his decision will be final.
Breeding Guarantee: All animals offered for sale are
guaranteed with accordance with the recommended terms set
forth by the applicable breed association
Announcements: Announcements from the auction block will
take precedence over the printed matter in this catalog and
other Announcements.
Liabilities: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk
and the sale manager assumes no liabilities for any accidents
that may occur. The auctioneer assumes no liability for loss or
injury to livestock due to theft, mysterious disappearance,
sickness, improper handling or act of God.

She Sold In The Spring Sale!
Contract: The above terms and guarantees shall constitute a
contract between the buyer and seller of each animal sold.
Health: As calves, tyher vaccinated and boostered in the fall for
IBR, BVD, P13, BRSV, 7-Way Paseurella, Haemophilus, Vitamin
A, D & E and poured with Ivomec. A veterinarian will be on hand
sale day and all animals will be accompanied by proper health
certificate for interstate shipment.
Trucking: Sale management and the seller will assist in
coordination loads, however, neither sale management nor the
seller assumes any responsibility regarding the pricing for
trucking the cattle or the collection of trucking fees due this
trucking firm involved. Arrangements can also be made sale day.
On Order Purchase Policy: We are getting quite a few
customers who rely on our judgement to select cattle for them
and their breeding programs. We are very happy to provide
this service. If you are unable to attend, please feel free to give
us a call, and let our knowledge of the cattle and pedigrees
help in selecting animals that will work for you.
Retained Flushes- We reserve the right to 1 successful flush of 6
or more grade 1 embryo’s and sellers expense and buyers
convenience on all ‘09 heifer calves selling.
