Male <strong>Hair</strong> Law Case Names<br />

The immediately following, organized list of case names is intended to include<br />

each case that relates to restrictions placed upon the growth of men's hair that has<br />

been addressed by any court, state or federal, and that has resulted in a published<br />

case report - other than those that relate to pre- or post-conviction governmental<br />

detention. Next following is the list of case names for cases that relate to the jail<br />

and prison settings. The holdings and/or dicta in these cases will be of value to a<br />

plaintiff in the preparation of his argument for the legal invalidity of the<br />

restrictive hair regulations that bear upon him.<br />
