• Unable to speak and had difficulty moving<br />

her right side clinical dx <strong>of</strong> acute stroke<br />

• CT scan w/o contrast 2 hrs after onset was<br />

normalTiming appropriate for rtPA<br />

• rtPA contraindicated since INR>1.5<br />
