What to Bring to Camp
Sufficient clothing for your time at camp
Sheets (twin size), pillow, blanket or sleeping bag
Towels, wash cloths, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb/brush, other toiletries
Sunscreen & bug spray
Pencils, pens, Bible, notebook, flashlight, camera , mission money &
canteen money (Jr High & Sr High campers only)
Do not bring cell phones, pets, radios, CD or MP3 players, prank items, weapons, or
snacks
Bring A Friend Discount
If you attended camp in 2012 and invite a friend who did not attend last summer,
you will receive a $10.00 discount off your week of camp.
Both registrations must arrive in the same envelope at least two weeks before
your week of camp starts.
Registration fees must be included.
Your friend(s) must be someone who did not attend camp in 2012.
Wade Scholarships are available on a limited basis. Applications are available
online or through the camp office. Deadline May 15, 2013.

Take the Western Kentucky Parkway to exit 124 White Mills/Eastview Exit. Turn left off of
the exit ramp and travel about .5 miles to the first road on the left, Cave Rd. Turn left onto
Cave Rd. (You will see a sign that says White Mills Christian Camp) Follow Cave Rd.
straight into the camp.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please plan to register at least two weeks before your week begins. This will
help us have the correct t-shirt size for your camper.
Register for the grade you will be finishing this spring.
Be sure to fill out both sides of the registration form completely. Be sure
you sign the medical form.
Enclose the registration fee (see registration form). The registration fee is
nonrefundable but is transferrable.
Camps are filled on a “first come, first served” basis. If a week fills up before
we receive your registration, your name will be placed on a waiting list.
After we receive your registration we send you by mail or email:
1. Confirmation of your registration.
2. Listing of fees received and balance due.
3. A detailed packing list.
Camp pictures and t-shirts are included in the registration fee.
Bunks are not assigned. You choose your own upon arrival.
Mail may be sent to campers at the camp’s mailing address.
Please do not phone campers unless there is an emergency.
Visitors & parents are welcome. However, they must check in at the office.
If a child becomes homesick easily, it is recommended that no visit be
made.
Please note the check in time for your event. Dorms will not be unlocked
until check in begins. All times are Eastern.
