What to Bring to <strong>Camp</strong><br />

Sufficient clothing for your time at camp<br />

Sheets (twin size), pillow, blanket or sleeping bag<br />

Towels, wash cloths, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb/brush, other toiletries<br />

Sunscreen & bug spray<br />

Pencils, pens, Bible, notebook, flashlight, camera , mission money &<br />

canteen money (Jr High & Sr High campers only)<br />

Do not bring cell phones, pets, radios, CD or MP3 players, prank items, weapons, or<br />

snacks<br />

Bring A Friend Discount<br />

If you attended camp in 2012 and invite a friend who did not attend last summer,<br />

you will receive a $10.00 discount off your week of camp.<br />

Both registrations must arrive in the same envelope at least two weeks before<br />

your week of camp starts.<br />

Registration fees must be included.<br />

Your friend(s) must be someone who did not attend camp in 2012.<br />

Wade Scholarships are available on a limited basis. Applications are available<br />

online or through the camp office. Deadline May 15, <strong>2013</strong>.<br />

Take the Western Kentucky Parkway to exit 124 <strong>White</strong> <strong>Mills</strong>/Eastview Exit. Turn left off of<br />

the exit ramp and travel about .5 miles to the first road on the left, Cave Rd. Turn left onto<br />

Cave Rd. (You will see a sign that says <strong>White</strong> <strong>Mills</strong> <strong>Christian</strong> <strong>Camp</strong>) Follow Cave Rd.<br />

straight into the camp.<br />

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS<br />

Please plan to register at least two weeks before your week begins. This will<br />

help us have the correct t-shirt size for your camper.<br />

Register for the grade you will be finishing this spring.<br />

Be sure to fill out both sides of the registration form completely. Be sure<br />

you sign the medical form.<br />

Enclose the registration fee (see registration form). The registration fee is<br />

nonrefundable but is transferrable.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong>s are filled on a “first come, first served” basis. If a week fills up before<br />

we receive your registration, your name will be placed on a waiting list.<br />

After we receive your registration we send you by mail or email:<br />

1. Confirmation of your registration.<br />

2. Listing of fees received and balance due.<br />

3. A detailed packing list.<br />

<strong>Camp</strong> pictures and t-shirts are included in the registration fee.<br />

Bunks are not assigned. You choose your own upon arrival.<br />

Mail may be sent to campers at the camp’s mailing address.<br />

Please do not phone campers unless there is an emergency.<br />

Visitors & parents are welcome. However, they must check in at the office.<br />

If a child becomes homesick easily, it is recommended that no visit be<br />

made.<br />

Please note the check in time for your event. Dorms will not be unlocked<br />

until check in begins. All times are Eastern.<br />
