Rule of <strong>Evidence</strong> 609 supersedes<br />

witness has been convicted… convicted shall be<br />

admitted if elicited from the witness <strong>or</strong><br />

established <strong>by</strong> public rec<strong>or</strong>d during cross-<br />

examination <strong>or</strong> thereafter.”<br />
