Herfy’s
[ ibuki tv ]
Samurai Noodle opened in 2006 with a mission
to bring real Japanese ramen to Seattle.
Today, the cozy Samurai Noodle just outside
the food court and to the left is joined by another
Samurai Noodle in the U District. Try the
tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen, the most
popular item on the menu.
