<strong>Florida</strong> lies in three climatic zones, tropical, sub-tropical, and temperate, and thus possesses a wide<br />

array of natural communities. Unfortunately, invasive exotic plants have found their way into every<br />

natural habitat from coastal beach dunes (above left) to interior pine flatwoods (below left).<br />

Fortunately, the Upland <strong>Invasive</strong> Plant Management Program possesses the ability to control invaders<br />

wherever they are found (above and below right).<br />
