Memo samples of your choice of fabric are mailed to
you or your customer at no charge. New customers
limited to 10 swatches until product is ordered.
All orders under $100 will have a surcharge.
All customer accounts must be in current status
before orders are processed for production.
We accept no returns. Please be sure of sizing
and dimensions before submitting orders.
Duvets & Shams are shipped without insert, but
can be ordered with poly inserts or down inserts.

All custom soft home products are manufactured in
four to six weeks based on fabric and trim availability.
Confirmation of order needs to be signed and
returned before order goes into production.
A work order # is provided with comfirmation. Use
this number to inquire about the status of your order.
Changes or cancellations cannot be made once
order has been cut.
Orders placed for fabric, trim, poly and down
inserts ship without order comfirmaton or signature.
Above orders ship within 24 hours unless otherwise
notified.
Lead-time commences from the date the signed
confirmation is received.
We accept Master Card, Visa, and American
Express for all prepayment orders and deposits.
