Dan Muse is serving on the U.S. National Junior Team staff for<br />
the first time.<br />
A fourth-year assistant coach for Yale University’s men’s ice<br />
hockey team, Muse has helped the Bulldogs win an ECAC<br />
Hockey regular season and tournament title and reach a pair of<br />
NCAA Tournaments.<br />
Prior to joining Yale, Muse was a men’s collegiate assistant<br />
coach at Sacred Heart University (2008-09) and Williams (Mass.)<br />
College (2007-08).<br />
Muse has also coached at the Massachusetts Hockey Satellite<br />
Training Program and at USA Hockey’s Select 14 Development<br />
Camp (2006-2008) and Select 16 Camp (2009, 2010).<br />
Muse earned a B.A. in criminal justice in 2005 at Stonehill<br />
College, where he served as an alternate captain in 2004-05.<br />
Muse and his wife, Maureen, reside in Clinton, Conn.<br />

Dr. Phil Johnson is serving as the team physician for the U.S.<br />
National Junior Team for the fourth consecutive year, having<br />
taken on the role for the gold medal-winning U.S. National Junior<br />
Team at the 2010 International Ice Hockey Federation World<br />
Junior Championship in Regina and Saskatoon, Sask., and the<br />
bronze medal-winning squad at the 2011 IIHF World Junior<br />
Championship in Niagara and Buffalo, N.Y. Also, he has worked<br />
with various U.S. Under-17, Under-18 and junior teams since<br />
2000, and served as a volunteer physician for the U.S. Olympic<br />
Committee in 1999.<br />
Johnson graduated from the University of North Dakota with<br />
both a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and a doctorate<br />
of medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency<br />
at Michigan State University, followed by a sport medicine<br />
fellowship at the University of Western Ontario. Currently, he is<br />
an orthopedic surgeon at the Orthopedic Associates of Fargo and<br />
the Institute for Special Surgery of Fargo.<br />
Johnson has two daughters and resides in Fargo, N.D.<br />
Stan Wong is serving as the athletic trainer for the U.S. National<br />
Junior Team at the International Ice Hockey Federation World<br />
Junior Championship for the 11th consecutive year.<br />
He has previously served as an athletic trainer for the 2009,<br />
2010, 2011 and 2012 U.S. Men’s National Teams, along with<br />
the 2006 and 2010 U.S. Olympic Men’s Ice Hockey Teams. In<br />
addition, Wong worked with Team USA at the 2001, 2007 and<br />
2011 Deutschland Cups.<br />
Wong was the athletic trainer for both the Washington Capitals<br />
(1986-99) and the Florida Panthers (1999-2002) of the National<br />
Hockey League and, in 1991 and 1999, was named the athletic<br />
trainer for the NHL All-Star Game.<br />
In addition to a Stanley Cup Finals appearance with Washington<br />
during the 1997-98 season, Wong also served as an athletic<br />
trainer at Super Bowl XV for the Philadelphia Eagles and for the<br />
United States Football League’s Boston Breakers (1983-85).<br />
Wong resides in Boca Raton, Fla.<br />
