DISINFECTANT: Purification, Sage, Lemon. WASH - Add the following<br />
number of drops to a bowl of water: 10 Lavender, 20 Thyme, 5 Eucalyptus for<br />
larger areas. For smaller areas to disinfect, use smaller bowl and 2, 4, 1, and 1<br />

EARS: Melrose (fights infection and for earache - use for animals, too),<br />
Purification, Valor, Geranium, Helichrysum, Juniper. INSTRUCTIONS TO<br />
INCREASE AND RESTORE HEARING:<br />
1. Rub Valor on bottom of feet, especially 2 small toes and smallest<br />
fingers.<br />
2. Rub 1 drop Helichrysum around inside of ear with finger (not deep).<br />
3. Then do the ear adjustment:<br />
o Pull one ear up then the other ear up,10 times each side.<br />
o Pull one ear back then the other, 5 times each side.<br />
o Pull one ear down then the other, 5 times each side.<br />
o Pull one ear forward then the other, 5 times each side.<br />
o Then one quick pull with finger in each direction (up, back, down,<br />
forward).<br />
4. Rub Juniper all around, back and front of ear.<br />
5. Rub Geranium all around, back and front of ear.<br />
6. Rub 2 drops Ravensara, 2 drops Purification around base of both ears.<br />
7. HEARING IN A TUNNEL - Purification, Ravensara<br />
8. INFECTION - Immupower, Melrose (inside ear, down and around ear<br />
on the outside and under chin). Purification inside bowl of ear, Lavender<br />
all around outside of ears.<br />
9. PIMPLES in ears - Immupower<br />
10. TINNITUS - (ringing in ears = eustachian tube blocked). Helichrysum<br />
on inside and out of ears; Juniper.<br />
