Our 3-Year Warranty To <strong>The</strong> Original Buyer: All units are warranted against defects in material and craftsmanship for 3 SEASONS OF USE (e.g.,<br />
Winter Season is typically November, December and the first week of January). This Warranty is limited to the cost of the defective materials<br />
only, and does not cover labor, installation, shipping, or “loss of use.” <strong>The</strong> factory has the right to review each defective item and, in its sole<br />
judgement, repair or replace or issue credits, for each defective piece on a pro rata basis. This does not cover damage or loss due to vandalism,<br />
theft, misuse, Acts of God (weather storms, high winds, etc.), or normal wear and tear.<br />
TERMS of SALES & CREDIT: Orders for stock items are honored with 25% deposit, or purchase order, with approved credit. Orders for custommade<br />
merchandise to be accompanied with 50% deposit; custom orders once started are NOT cancellable. All balances due on shipment.<br />
Venue of all fabrication, contracts and all fiscal matters shall be Santa Barbara County, California. Prices and terms subject to change without<br />
notice.<br />
FREIGHT/SHIPPING: All prices are EXCLUSIVE of shipping. Shipping is F.O.B. Carpinteria (Santa Barbara County), California. Merchandise<br />
shipped from our factory constitutes delivery; we are not responsible for loss or delays due to freight services.<br />
