Insert swab into test tube containing 0.5cc of warm normal saline. Gently mix. 2. Place sample on glass slide and cover slip. 3. Visualize microscopically at both low (10x) and high power (40x). Scan for “Clue Clue Cells” Cells on low power and then confirm on high power. 6
