Cleaner, Disinfectant, Deodorizer, Fungicide
A quaternary ammonium cleaner, deodorizer, disinfectant, and fungicide. It
is an institutional-use cleaner designed to disinfect anyplace where contolling
the hazard of cross infection from environmental surfaces is important such as
hospitals, schools, and nursing homes.
APPLICATIONS: Effective for use on all hard, non-porous water-safe surfaces such as floors, walls, sinks,
restrooms, garbage cans, and bed-pans.

Water-Based Acrylic Floor Sealer
May be used as a base coat prior to application of waxes or finishes.
Use of a sealer under a floor finish improves appearance and durability.
APPLICATIONS: It is acceptable for use on all floor types but is not recommended to seal irregular surface
floors. It is compatible with all floor finishes or waxes so long as they are water-based.
