of Note
“is is not good, but
it’s a sign of our times,
isn’t it? I’m afraid our
communities and our
society are losing a lot
of good things.”
“It’s only been in the
past 10 years that
[salt caves have]
really taken off. is
was the 10th one that
she’s built. ... at’s
really what inspired
me to build it.”
details or to sign up. Individuals
will be assigned to ALT work parties
cleaning up ALT trails, while
community groups or families
will be assigned a specific town
trail to clean up. Those groups
will be responsible for recruiting
their own volunteers and coordinating
the cleanups for their assigned
trail.
Cleaning up a trail usually involves
clearing the path of
branches and clipping back overgrown
bushes. It is fun and easy
work. Participants should wear
gardening gloves and sturdy
footwear, and provide their own
clippers and other equipment.
