I IV V Harmony for Transposed <strong>Modes</strong>.<br />

In C Major the I IV V sequence would be C F G, But if we are to Transpose a Mode<br />

then we need to use the I IV V From that transposed Mode. So if C Dorian has a <strong>scale</strong><br />

of Bb starting on the C note then we would use the I IV V of Bb which is Bb Eb F. These<br />

next examples are played over a C Pedal Note in the bass to establish the Harmony<br />

and flavour of each mode. This is also useful for putting together little Vamps for<br />

practicing the <strong>Modes</strong>.<br />
