About Us<br />
Since its foundation in 1980 and conversion to a Public Company in 1981,<br />
K+G Complex Public Company Limited has been active in the Real Estate Sector<br />
playing a significant role in the growth and development of large areas at the<br />
southern end of the island of Cyprus.<br />
A major milestone in the Company’s history was the design and construction of<br />
Amathusia Village, a private residential development close to the Mediterranean<br />
coast to the east of the town of Limassol featuring properties that range from<br />
detached villas to maisonettes and apartments.<br />
Today, the Company’s activities include the development and sale of luxurious<br />
residential units and shops as well as top of range plots of land at exclusive<br />
locations close to the town of Limassol.<br />
The company also carries out the management and maintenance of Amathusia<br />
Village and offers Property Management services to other owned properties.
