Count One<br />

Count One: In an arced motion, lift the ferrule of the mace out to<br />

your right, extending your right arm. The head is<br />

snapped to the right. The right hand is palm open,<br />

facing forward, fingers together, and thumb up, with the<br />

shaft resting on top of your forefinger. The left hand is<br />

centered on the chest, grasping the mace at the cradle<br />

between the thumb and the forefinger. The left palm is<br />

open and facing the ground. The left forearm and mace<br />

are horizontal. Begin your left turn. Half step until band<br />

completes the turn.<br />
