Club Captain Liam James is
delighted with our recent
big boat success recently
commenting ‘in the last 10
years Balmain has not had
a more successful eight
than the crew that is train-
ing now, we have had suc-
cess all the way from
Melbourne’s prestigious
BRC’S WO MENS EIGHT
Jeff Patterson’s Women’s
Squad turned some of their
attention to the eight for
the Edward Trickett NSW
April and had their first hit-
out in the big boat in the
Women’s D Grade Eight
event at BRC’s annual point
score regatta on Iron Cove
Now we are challenging the
dominance of larger clubs
such as Sydney Rowing
Club and Leichhardt
