1. O my mother! I am in the state of bliss as I have attained<br />
my True Master.<br />
2. The attainment of the True Teacher was possible because<br />
of my state of equipoise (“Sehaj”). Now my mind is full<br />
of congratulatory messages.<br />
3. All the families of Ragas (musical meters) and celestial<br />
have come to sing the praise of the Lord.<br />
4. O saints! In whose heart the Lord resides, sing the word<br />
of the Lord.<br />
5. Guru Nanak Dev says, on attainment of the True Teacher,<br />
he is in the state of Bliss. (1)<br />
1. O my mind! Always abide in the Lord Hari.<br />
2. O my mind! When you abide in the Lord, He dispels all<br />
of your maladies.<br />
3. He holds your hand in all of your actions and<br />
accomplishes your tasks perfectly.<br />
4. O my mind, why do you forget the Lord, He is perfect<br />
in all respects and is Omnipotent.<br />
5. Guru Nanak Dev again advises his mind to always abide<br />
in the Lord. (2)<br />
1. O my True Master! What is it that is not available in your<br />
house?<br />
2. Though everything is available in Your house but only<br />
those get them, whom You choose to give.<br />
