The Rehabilitation Services Administration (former-
ly VRA) is ready to assist with trained counselors
and financial support through the vocational rehab-
ilitation offices of each state.
The Small Business Administration works closely
with RSA to help people who are disabled become
successful businessmen. The SBA has many services
to offer, including loans, seminars, and SCORE, a
volunteer project of advice by retired executives.
