All tiles are tested to AS/NZS 4586:2004 ‘Slip resistance
classification of new pedestrian surface materials’ These test
results are a helpful guide to ascertain whether the tiles will
be suitable for their intended use. For further information
read HB197 ‘An introductory guide to the slip
resistance of pedestrian surface materials’.
These tiles are able to withstand rigorous freeze/thaw
testing so that they can be used in colder climates.
Our tiles are suitable for use around salt chlorinated pools and
in saline environment due to their low water absorption and
surpass the requirements of AS/NZS 4456.10:1997
‘Determining resistance to salt attack’.
