Terms and Conditions
The Angus cattle sell under the Terms and Conditions recommended
by the American Angus Association.
Herd Health
For all cattle selling outside the state of California that require
testing, the tests will have to be completed before shipment can
be made. All cattle will be inspected for soundness. All bulls have
been dewormed and vaccinated for 8-way/Somnus, IBR, BVD, P13,
PRSV and Lept/Vibro. The bulls have been given Anaplasmosis
vaccine. All bulls will have had a fertility evaluation and will sell
semen tested.

Free delivery within California. Take $50 off the purchase price for
every bull personally hauled home sale day!
Transportation
Upon request, with sufficient time, planes will be met at the
Sacramento and Modesto Airports.
Livestock Mortality Insurance
Mortality insurance on your purchases will be available at the sale.
Lot Numbers
Lot numbers on the bulls will correspond to the sale listing.
Lunch
A complimentary lunch will be available sale day starting at 11:30 a.m.
Inspection of Cattle
Cattle will be available for inspection at the sale site beginning
September 14.
Terms of Payment
Terms of sale are cash. Cashier’s check, certified check, traveler’s
check or personal check - no exceptions. Two forms of positive ID
will be required for checks. Settlement for full purchase price must
be made within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the sale. There will
be a $20 charge each time a check is returned from the bank for
any reason. The seller(s) will be responsible for feed costs through
September 13, 2011. After September 14, 2011, arrangements
can be made for animal care and hauling. Sale management and
auctioneer act as agents of the seller, but assume no liability for
either buyer or seller. Any representation by the sale management
is made on behalf of the seller. All buyers and sellers attend the
sale at their own risk.
