just an official looking I Owe You that you register with the UCC system so that secured
parties and debtor parties have a clear record of who owes what asset or monies to who
and in what order payment is to be made. In the case of this particular UCC Financing
Statement filing, you, the individual, are the secured party and the One People’s Public
Trust is the DEBTOR. You, the individual, are also the contact filer and the person who
an acknowledgement of this filing will be addressed to. You own this filing and you say
so in Boxes A and B below
