NOTICE:<br />
ANY VEHICLE ANNOUNCED OR LISTED IN THE CATALOG OR<br />
ON THE WESITE AS ”CA. VIN STOP IN PLACE” CANNOT BE<br />
OPERATED OR REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA<br />
UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PURCHASER HAS RETROFITED THE<br />
VEHICLE TO MEET THE CURRENT AQMD REQUIREMENTS. IT<br />
IS THE PURCHASERS FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO<br />
COMPLY AND HAVE THE VIN STOP REMOVED IF THEY WISH.<br />
KEN PORTER AUCTIONS ASSUMES NO REPONSIBLILTY OF<br />
ANY KIND, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS VEHICLE<br />
WILL EVER MEET CALIFORNIA AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT<br />
AGENCY’S CURRENT REQUIREMENTS. YOU ARE BUYING<br />
THESE VEHICLES “AS IS WHERE IS” AS ANNOUNCED.<br />
Terms:<br />
1. All buyers must register to bid at the event by completing<br />
and signing the “Bidder Agreement”.<br />
2. A $500 Bidder deposit ($1000 for Dealers) is required at<br />
the time of registration and will be refunded immediately<br />
should no purchases be secured.<br />
3. An additional deposit of 25% of each item’s sale price in<br />
cash, certified or cashiers check is required of each<br />
successful bidder upon award of bid.<br />
4. A 15% buyers premium will be charged to each lot.<br />
Unless otherwise stated Calculated on the Hammer price of<br />
Item.<br />
5. Payment accepted in the form of cash, cashiers or certified<br />
check or credit card. Tax, License, Document fee ($65<br />
vehicles & equip. all other lots $15) and Smog fees ($58.25<br />
if applicable) will be added to the sales price. Company<br />
checks will be accepted if accompanied with a bank letter of<br />
guarantee, which clearly and unconditionally guarantees<br />
payment to Ken Porter <strong>Auction</strong>s upon presentation.<br />
6. Full payment is due by 5pm Monday April 8th, 2013. $25<br />
per day storage fee will apply to each day after Monday<br />
Deadline. NO EXCEPTIONS!<br />
7. All sales are final and all items are sold AS-IS/WHERE IS.<br />
Buyer is fully responsible for his own inspection; auctioneer<br />
will not be responsible for any advertising discrepancies or<br />
errors.<br />
