on the back pages of the Flock Register.<br />
Members failing to furnish a Return by 31st May will be omitted from the Flock<br />
Register and their membership may be cancelled.<br />
25. Contents and Issue of Flock Register:<br />
(A) The Flock Register, as published, shall contain a complete record of Members,<br />
their addresses and Flock numbers; a history of all <strong>register</strong>ed <strong>flock</strong>s, and their<br />
latest breeding returns; a complete list of individually <strong>register</strong>ed rams since the<br />
last <strong>register</strong>. Those members and <strong>flock</strong>s shall be omitted where:-<br />
(a) The <strong>flock</strong> has been dispersed.<br />
(b) The owner has omitted to make an annual return.<br />
(c) The member has not paid his annual subscription. No <strong>flock</strong> shall be deemed<br />
to be a <strong>register</strong>ed stud unless it shall appear in the latest Flock Register.The<br />
Flock Register shall be known as the “Flock Register for <strong>Poll</strong> <strong>Dorset</strong> Sheep<br />
in Australia”.<br />
(B) A copy of the most recently issued Flock Register shall be issued to each new<br />
Full or Associate member free of charge. Each Full or Associate financial<br />
member shall receive a Flock Register free of charge as published. Previous<br />
<strong>vol</strong>umes may be purchased at a cost to be determined by the Board from time<br />
to time. Copies of the Flock Register may be supplied to non-members under the<br />
same terms.<br />
26. Flock Records:<br />
It is the duty of all <strong>register</strong>ed <strong>flock</strong> owners to keep true and accurate records of<br />
the breeding of their <strong>register</strong>ed <strong>flock</strong>. Such records are to be available for<br />
inspection by the Board in accordance with Rule 4.<br />
27. Offences:<br />
Any member charged with conduct calculated to bring the <strong>Association</strong> into<br />
discredit shall be brought before the Board, and if found guilty, shall be subject<br />
to reprimand or expulsion from the <strong>Association</strong>.<br />
28. Flock Numbers and Dispersal of Flocks:<br />
(a) In the event of a member selling his complete <strong>flock</strong> the purchaser shall have no<br />
right to the previous owner’s <strong>flock</strong> number except with the approval of the<br />
Board.<br />
The purchaser shall have no right to the previous owner’s stud prefix except with<br />
the written sanction of the previous owner and with the approval of the Board.<br />
(b) Any member who advertises and holdsa complete dispersal sale shall be barred<br />
f rom again <strong>register</strong>ing <strong>Poll</strong> <strong>Dorset</strong> sheep for a period of f ive (5) years or for such<br />
other period of time as the Board shall deem fit.<br />
(c) No member shall advertise any sale of <strong>Poll</strong> <strong>Dorset</strong> sheep as a dispersal sale<br />
unless the whole <strong>flock</strong> is to be sold within twelve months of the date of the first<br />
sale advertised as a dispersal sale. In the event of a breach of this Regulation<br />
the Board shall have power to deal with the member concerned as it deems fit.<br />
29. Reallocation of Stud Prefixes:<br />
Stud prefixes may be reallocated by the Board after being in abeyance for a<br />
