Dear Human Fliers,<br />
Please refer our letter of even reference<br />
dated <strong>August</strong> 1968.<br />
The reproduction of that letter in<br />
Aug 11 pained us. That letter was written by<br />
my forefather who didn’t have much scientifi c<br />
knowledge.<br />
Let me, at the outset state that we are no more<br />
at war with you. We are not counting numbers<br />
and tactics. We have already lost many of our<br />
friends in an undeclared war with humans and<br />
we don’t want our numbers to deplete anymore<br />
in this way. We want peaceful co-existence with<br />
you through ‘Flexible airspace sharing’. Let us<br />

Please consider that the damage attributed<br />
to us has come down drastically in the past<br />
decade. The fatalities have reduced to Nil and Cat<br />
I accidents have become almost Nil.<br />
The population of one of the main culprits<br />
in the yesteryears, the Vultures has drastically<br />
reduced and we are trying to save their race.<br />
With their minimal numbers, their harming you is<br />
a rare possibility.<br />
We humbly request you to consider the fact<br />
that we are ‘Bird Brained’ and do not have an<br />
INDIAN AIR FORCE
