Frozen Fruit Slushie<br />
Serves: 4<br />
Preparation time: 5 minutes<br />
Freezing time: 3 hours minimum<br />
Ingredients:<br />
¼ pineapple (approximately 330g),<br />
peeled, cored, chopped<br />
1 orange, peeled, cored, chopped<br />
¼ cup passionfruit pulp<br />
<br />
2 Tbsp protein powder<br />
Method:<br />
1. Place all ingredients in food<br />
processor and process<br />
until smooth.<br />
2. Pour entire contents into an<br />
airtight container and place in<br />
the freezer.<br />
3. Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.<br />
Remove from freezer and mash<br />
contents with a fork. If you have<br />
left it in freezer longer than 3<br />
hours you will need to allow time<br />
for thawing before serving. You<br />
want a slushie icy consistency.<br />
4. Distribute evenly between 4<br />
glasses and serve.<br />
