At the time <strong>of</strong> invitation to apply for a visa<br />
You have met the requirements for award <strong>of</strong> a doctorate by an Australian educational<br />
institution, or a doctorate awarded by an overseas educational institution <strong>of</strong> a<br />
recognised standard.<br />
You have met the requirements for award <strong>of</strong> at least a:<br />
• bachelor degree, by an Australian educational institution; or<br />
• bachelor qualification, awarded by an overseas educational institution <strong>of</strong> a<br />
recognised standard.<br />
You have met the requirements for the award <strong>of</strong> a diploma by an Australian<br />
educational institution.<br />
You have completed a trade qualification for award by an Australian educational<br />
institution.<br />
You have attained a qualification or award recognised by the relevant assessing<br />
authority in determining your skills for your nominated occupation.<br />
