High-pressure-water stripping In-house solutions<br />
High-pressure-water stripping removes coatings thoroughly<br />
from painting aids such as gratings, but also from special<br />
parts, with water pressure of up to 3,500 bar. This method<br />
of paint stripping is not only extremely fast, it is also environmentally<br />
friendly: the process water is treated in our own,<br />
specially developed, waste water installations and then returned<br />
to the water cycle, so conserving resources.<br />
For high-pressure-water stripping, we have both free-jet<br />
cabinets and conveyorised systems at our disposal.<br />
Typical parts: Gratings, paint skids, and parts which<br />
cannot be thermally or chemically stripped<br />
because of their geometry or the material<br />

As an alternative to classic contract paint removal,<br />
<strong>ABL</strong>-<strong>TECHNIC</strong> has made a special service available worldwide:<br />
paint stripping in your own company as a special outsourcing<br />
model. We install a paint removal system at your site – an<br />
“in-house solution” – specifically adapted to the items to be<br />
stripped. Paint stripping and after-treatment take place in<br />
enclosed modules and are carried out by our employees.<br />
