installation and maintenance recommendations
By applying these guidelines, your false ceiling butech will look a perfect finish and a impeccable aesthetic in its long useful life:
• the false ceiling plates are served in cardboard boxes packed, so it must be protected from rain and excessive moisture.
• the installation of the false ceiling will always be executed after completion of the facades and glass enclosures, it is advisable also the placement
of doors. the aim is to avoid potential wind knocks that could destabilize the structure installed, as well as the incidence of metereological weather
such as rain, in areas close to windows and enclosures. in the case of installing wooden ceilings, butech fonowood, it will be advised that the plates
remain in the closed room 24 hours before its installation to suit the conditions of temperature and moisture.
• similarly, before undertaking the installation of the false ceiling, it must have completed the installation of electrical wiring and conduits for
systems such as lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and fire, avoiding as far as possible the handling of the ceiling by operators not specialized.
• at the moment of installation of the ceiling must remove the transparent films thermoadhered on some models to protect them from rubbings and
scratches.
• in the false ceiling installation with half-hidden profile, butech steel extramicro, it will pay particular attention to placing the trays of the false
ceiling in the profile with antifall springs oriented in the same direction, thus retaining a homogeneous joint width.

• some lighting transformers and other items installed in the false ceiling should not rest directly on the plate to prevent distortion of it.

(18-25 ºC) and hygrometric (HR 40-60%), so that it cannot alter the dimensional stability of the plates.

• in case of having to come to cut a false ceiling plate for the installation of any item (luminaire, speaker, etc..)it should be on the inner surface of the
plate, thus protecting the visible face of possible damage.
• in the case of metal false ceilings, butech fonosteel, you can apply a neutral detergent and a soft cloth with caution to wring the sponge or cloth to
avoid excess water. Finally, soapy layer will be removed with a cloth or sponge moistened with clean water.
• in case of wooden false ceiling, butech fonowood, the cleaning of false ceiling installed will be with a moistured cloth, never by means of cleaning
products or chemical agents that can be aggressive with the surface of the plate.
• the left plates of the installation that are stored for future repairs or replacements, as well as in previous stocks to the installation, must be stored in
dry and closed place, protecting the material of the action of meteorological agents.
• The packings with trays of false ceilings should be arranged so that these are flat vertically, never horizontally to avoid charges that may deform.
• the packings may be stacked with up to three boxes of height, reduced to a maximum of two in case of wooden ceiling.
• it must not be placed any additional load on the packing material to avoid damaging the plates of false ceiling.
• caution is advised when handling false ceilings packings, weight and size may vary depending on the type of product. Please special attention to
safety rules concerning the handling of heavy boxes, whichever assess any risk.
