FLIgHTS FROM ALL UK AIRPORTS<br />

There are so many airlines to choose from and we are able to<br />

include any available flight in your holiday. We can book any<br />

available scheduled, no frills or charter service, or even a private<br />

jet, as part of your holiday, and in addition to booking the flight that<br />

suits you best, we can pre-book any of the following upgrade<br />

services available on your chosen flight.<br />

AIRPORT HOTELS, PARKINg AND LOUNgES<br />

Through our travel partners FHR, we are able to offer a choice of<br />

airport hotels, car parks and chauffeur services in the UK. Also,<br />

through our travel partners, Lounge Pass, we are delighted to offer<br />

an airport lounge facility both in the UK and at the majority of our<br />

overseas airports. Booking an airport lounge, means that once at<br />

the airport you can avoid the crowds and relax with complimentary<br />

drinks and newspapers in an exclusive airport lounge until it is time<br />

for your flight.<br />

PRIvATE TRANSFERS & CAR HIRE<br />

Most of our holidays automatically include private transfers from the<br />

airport to your chosen hotel so you will arrive feeling refreshed and<br />

ready to enjoy your holiday. In some destinations, these private<br />

transfers may be operated by public taxi or minibus although they<br />

will always be arranged for your own private use. You may book car<br />

hire for any duration (see page 103 for further details). You can<br />

have a hire car delivered to your hotel, or if you prefer you can<br />

collect your pre-booked car on arrival at the airport. If you prebook<br />

our recommended car hire for the entire duration of your<br />

holiday, picking the car up at the airport and therefore opting not<br />

to make use of our private transfers, we will give you a reduction on<br />

the brochured holiday price that equates to the private transfer<br />

cost. In order to qualify for this reduction, you must book the car<br />

hire with our reservations team at the time you make your booking.<br />

COMPLIMENTARY CHILD SEATS<br />

We’re delighted to give our younger travellers a practical gift to<br />

take on holiday, and if your booking includes children aged up to<br />

11 years (excluding infants), we’ll put you in touch with BubbleBum<br />

www.bubblebum.co.uk who will send your complimentary inflatable<br />

booster seat/s directly to you or your travel agent.<br />

FLEXIBLE DININg & ALL INCLUSIvE<br />

So that you can sample the local restaurants, but still have the<br />

option of pre-booking your evening meal in the hotel for some<br />

nights, take advantage of our flexible dining plan. You can book as<br />

many, or as few, evening meals in the hotel as you wish and you<br />

don’t even have to tell us for which nights until you arrive at the<br />

hotel. Prices for dinner are detailed as half board supplements on<br />

each hotel page. Some hotels offer an all inclusive package to<br />

include meals, drinks, children's clubs and non-motorised sports.<br />

OUR RESORT SERvICE<br />

Our overseas staff love their resorts and will be delighted to share<br />

their considerable knowledge with you. <strong>Classic</strong> customers tend to<br />

be well-seasoned travellers and, because we know that you prefer<br />

to exercise your independence, our resort management services<br />

are discreet and unobtrusive. We generally endeavour to contact<br />

you at the beginning of your stay to ensure that everything is to<br />

your liking and will be delighted to give advice on places to visit,<br />

sights to see, traditional restaurants, local wines and culinary tips.<br />

Additionally you’ll be given a 24-hour local contact number in case<br />

you need additional assistance during your holiday.<br />

WHEN TO TRAvEL<br />

Some of the resorts in this brochure feature hotels which provide<br />

year-round holidays, but you may find that in some areas there are<br />

fewer facilities and attractions available during the quieter holiday<br />

months. The choice of restaurants in some hotels may be limited<br />

during quieter periods and some activities may be restricted by<br />

seasonal demand. If a particular hotel facility or a specific feature or<br />

attraction is important to the enjoyment of your holiday, please<br />

discuss this with us at the time that you book.<br />

100% FINANCIAL PROTECTION<br />

All the flight inclusive holidays within this brochure are financially<br />

protected by the ATOL scheme under ATOL number 5837. When you<br />

pay you will be supplied with an ATOL certificate (for further<br />

information about financial protection please see our<br />

booking conditions and www.atol.org.uk). For holidays and travel<br />

arrangements which do not include travel by air, your financial<br />

protection is administered by the Association of British Travel Agents<br />

(ABTA) under membership number W5429. In the unlikely event of<br />

our insolvency, the CAA and/or ABTA will ensure that you are not<br />

stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have<br />

paid to us for an advance booking. ABTA members help<br />

holidaymakers get the most from their travel arrangements, and<br />

assist them in the unlikely event that things do not go according to<br />
