<strong>CALL</strong> <strong>FOR</strong> <strong>PAPER</strong><br />

<strong>FOR</strong>MAT<br />

1 Abstracts of no more than 500 words should be submitted no later than 31 JUNE, 2012. All abstracts should show<br />

the names of the authors, their institutional affiliation (where appropriate), contact details (including full address,<br />

telephone and fax numbers and email address). The abstracts should be presented in Word format and should also<br />

include no more than 5 keywords (see abstract template on main conference website). All papers will be peer reviewed.<br />

2 All submission are taken to be an original work and have not been published or in consideration elsewhere. All<br />

submission will go through a double blind review process.<br />

3 To be published in the proceedings, AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR must register and present the paper at the conference.<br />

The official language for both submission and presentation is English.<br />

4 Full papers must be submitted no later than 15 AUGUST, 2012.<br />

5 Papers should be limited to no less than 5,000 and no more than 10,000 words (excluding diagrams and reference<br />

etc) and follow the template (please see the conference website in due course).<br />

6 All full papers (respect the deadlines for both abstract and full paper) will be considered for two best paper prizes<br />

(one for scholarship and academic rigor and the other for originality, creativity and innovation in its contribution<br />

to policy making or practice).<br />
