Mangos and Lemons Competition
General Conditions for Mango and Lemons Competition:
1- Products must be of UAE Local production
2- Mangos and Lemons presented by the participant must be from the same participant’s farm or
house’ production.
3- Farm or House Ownership documents must be submitted upon registration for participation in the
competition
4- An individual may take part in two categories of competition
5- Inspection of Farms and Houses: The judging committee will inspect the first-place winning farms and
houses.
Mangos and Lemons Specifications and Criteria of Competition:
1- Products must be local and of 2012 season exclusively
2- Each participation must not contain more than one kind in the categories of the specific item.
3- Products must be free of any defects or infections
4- Products must be free of apparent defects and deformations
5- Products must be of suitable and acceptable sizes
6- Products must not contain any unripe fruits
7- Products to be used in participation in all categories of competition, must be presented in “Mekhrafa”
8- Participating products weight must be from 4 to 6 KGs
9- Participants must accept the judging committee’s decision
