Career Development<br />
At <strong>Gloria</strong> <strong>Nilson</strong>, <strong>Realtors</strong> ® , Real Living ® , our goal is to equip every sales associate with the tools necessary to<br />
become a successful real estate professional. Our professional staff in the Training Department will assist both<br />
new and experienced agents to develop their business and cultivate long-term relationships with customers. In<br />
addition, they will provide the knowledge and confidence needed to quickly begin earning money in the real estate<br />
business.<br />
Ongoing Business and Technology Skills workshops are offered regularly to both new and experienced sales<br />
associates, at no cost to the agents.<br />
Cathy Eakle<br />
Cathy Eakle has been the Technology Trainer for <strong>Gloria</strong> <strong>Nilson</strong> since joining the firm in<br />
1999. Previously, Cathy was the Lead Regional Trainer with Computer City for the Central<br />
New Jersey area. During this time, she was in charge of training the company’s software<br />
instructors as well as the corporate and public sector clientele. From 1989 through 1993<br />
she was a free-lance contributor for WordPerfect Magazine. In 2001, she was one of the<br />
GMAC Real Estate’s “Best of Show Winners” for her computerized marketing note cards<br />
in the New Technology Marketing category.<br />
Sharon Brehm<br />
Sharon joined <strong>Gloria</strong> <strong>Nilson</strong>, <strong>Realtors</strong> ® , Real Living ® in 2005 with a strong background<br />
in marketing and design. Sharon oversees the advertising, internet marketing and the<br />
design of all company marketing and collateral materials.<br />
Sharon facilitates the company’s relationships with strategic marketing partners and all<br />
areas of marketing support, to ensure that <strong>Gloria</strong> <strong>Nilson</strong>’s marketing resources are the<br />
highest quality of anyone in the industry. In 2007, her aggressive marketing of glorianilson.<br />
com resulted in substantial gain in traffic ranking for our site that was recognized by the<br />
web metrics company Hitwise, and reported in the real estate technology news site,<br />
Inman News.
