ADMISSION<br />

The participant’s name badge is provided at the registration desk. All participants are requested<br />
to wear the badge throughout the Congress, including the Opening Ceremony and Welcome<br />
reception.<br />
CASH DISPENSER<br />
A cash machine is located on the entrance level next to the information desk of the Grimaldi<br />
Forum.<br />
COFFEE BREAKS<br />
During the Congress breaks, coffee, tea and refreshments are served free of charge to all<br />
registered participants wearing Congress badges.<br />

The Forum Grimaldi is the Convention Centre for the third millennium.<br />
Daringly built out over the sea, it is an architectural challenge consisting of a total area of over<br />
35.000 mq, split on various levels in order to enable different events to be held simultaneously<br />
and yet independently.<br />
During the congress you can discover the Grimaldi’s summer exhibition: "Moscou: Splendeurs<br />
des Romanov" situated on the 1st floor (Ravel space). As participant of the congress you will<br />
benefit from 25% reduction on the official price. Reduced price is € 7.50 instead of € 10.00.<br />
CURRENCY<br />
The currency in Monaco is the Euro. There are a number of currency exchanges which are<br />
open all day, including Sunday and bank holidays.<br />
Your hotel will provide you with details of your nearest currency exchange.<br />
ELECTRICITY<br />
The standard voltage in the Principality of Monaco is 220 V. Plugs are a two-pin style, continental.<br />

In this industrial exhibition, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and other companies of related matters<br />
from all over the world, will be given the opportunity to put on display their products, services<br />
and new technical solutions. It provides a valuable forum to share pratical ideas and to discuss<br />
recent advances and future trends.<br />
The technical infrastructure of the Grimaldi Forum is of highest standard; its versatile infrastructure<br />
offers ample possibilities to build attractive stand constructions.<br />
VILLAGE OF SOCIETIES-INTERNET POINT - (see plan page 44)<br />
As part of the XVI World Meeting of the <strong>UIP</strong>, a Village of Societies and an Internet Point are<br />
located in the exhibition hall Diaghilev of the Grimaldi Forum, close to all other Congress<br />
activities such as scientific sessions, poster exhibition, registration and recreation areas etc.
