2012 Snowmobile Performance
ORDERING pOLICY / ORDER FORM
orders -- Our average shipping time is less than 3 working hours. All items can be checked for availability at the time you place your order. Your order is printed in our
shipping department (If Not On Back Order) immediately after you hang up the phone. Therefore “add-on” items called in later must be placed on a separate invoice and
are subject to additional shipping charges and the below small order fee if under $30.00.
drop shipments -- In an emergency, we can drop ship an order to your customer for a fee of $10.00 plus applicable freight charges.
prices -- A separate Master Price List is provided showing Dealer & Distributor cost, as well as the suggested retail prices. All prices are subject to change without notice.
BacKorders -- Backorders are shipped on arrival. We will verify any backorder over 30 days old before shipping. SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RE-
TURNED.
returns -- Return authorization is required. Call us for an RA number, clearly mark the outside of the package with the RA number, include a copy of the invoice and
write down the reason for return and return the package freight prepaid. Credit cannot be issued for items purchased 30 days or more prior to return, discontinued items,
special order or electrical parts. Returned merchandise must be in original package and in like new condition. A restocking fee will be charged on all returns except items
that are determined to be defective or not as ordered.
warranties and guarantees -- Items under question of warranty may be replaced or IN SOME CASES returned for house credit. If the problem is fixable it will be
fixed and returned to you. Cash refunds are not allowed. We require you to call in for a return authorization for your warranty work. Please include a detailed note explaining
length of time used, cause of failure and any other necessary information.
shortages or damaged merchandise -- Must be reported at the time the package is opened - NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders are checked for accuracy after picking
and are weighed to give us three ways of checking. ALL BOXES AND PACKING MUST BE SAVED and returned to Hot Seat Performance, Inc. or Speedwerx, Inc. in most
cases to receive credit for shortages. We will pay for postage.
refused c.o.d. -- Our FULL restocking fee, plus freight both ways will be charged to your account if you change your mind and refuse a C.O.D.
freight claims -- UPS SHIPMENTS: Indicate “DAMAGED” when signing. CARTON AND MERCHANDISE MUST BE KEPT. Contact us by phone for instructions.
dealers only -- We require that you have a business name and be listed in the phone book doing business as (1) a franchised snowmobile or ATV dealer, (2) a retail
store advertising and having an inventory of snowmobile and ATV accessories or (3) full-time recreational vehicle repair shop. A repair shop must have a retail display of
snowmobile or ATV accessories in order to buy anything other than repair parts. To apply for dealership submit request on your business letterhead and enclose a copy of
your business license. You must have a business phone number (NOT your residence). We prefer to have a photo of your business showing your business sign. If dealership
is a new business, we will require a photo for our files. We reserve the right to refuse selling to anyone we feel does not meet our dealer qualifications. If you are not a
legitimate dealer, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND OURS. We reserve the right to requalify dealer status at any time.
credit terms -- All customers will receive orders on a C.O.D. or Credit Card basis except those who have established an open account with us and they will receive
orders under our regular terms. All invoices are due payable 30 days following the date of purchase. All past due accounts will be charged the maximum legal rate of
interest. Open accounts lapsing into 60 day balance will revert back to C.O.D. status. We send out statements monthly, however you may request a statement whenever
necessary. All merchandise purchased from Hot Seat Performance, Inc. or Speedwerx, Inc. remains our property until the account is paid in full. Checks returned unpaid
for any reason are subject to a $20.00 charge.
new accounts -- Orders are normally shipped pre-paid on a credit card that you provide. Open account status may be established by well-rated firms. To establish an
open account, request a credit application when ordering. Please allow 30 days for processing the credit application! We reserve the right to reject any application.
minimum orders - Service Charges -- We have no minimum order. However, all orders totaling less than $30.00 dealer cost are automatically charged a $5.00 small
order fee to cover telephone and processing costs.

DO NOT order any performance parts or services unless you have the technical ability to properly set-up the entire machine to compensate for the installation of those
parts. References in many of our literature to “bolt-on” parts, only indicates the parts are removable from the engine (as opposed to porting or machining type modifications).
It is not meant to imply that the parts can be installed without additional modification. The necessary work and expertise needed to install different products varies.
Instructions, where provided, are given to assist in installation only; they are NOT a substitute for mechanical experience in setting up racing snowmobiles, watercraft or land
based vehicles. References to performance gains, reliability, ease of installment, etc. are based on our, and outside customer’s experiences. This is NOT a guarantee of similar
performance in every installation. While we sell proven hardware, in the end it’s up to the individual racer to make the most of that hardware in his/her application.
