TCD <strong>Range</strong> Double Stage <strong>Compressor</strong><br />

Application envelopes of DORIN <strong>CO2</strong> compressors, valid for values lower than 10K for suction superheat.<br />

Transcritical compressors require a gas cooler rather than a condenser. This device will cool down the compressed CO 2 .<br />

Therefore the global efficiency of the system will strongly depend on how efficiently the heat exchange occurs inside the gas<br />

cooler. There will be found higher refrigerating capacity for lower gas cooler outlet temperature. The lower the gas coolers outlet<br />

temperature the higher the compressors cooling capacity.<br />
