eSPAF –for Industry Trials
• Requested when project received so not waiting
when hard copies received; we will change budget
• Need to process agreement for signature
• Direct, Indirect and Total budgets usually highlighted
in yellow on Internal budget
• Attach Internal Budget sent to you if done after
completion of negotiations
• For Industry trials –don’t need all PI’s on eSPAF to
process for signature. Need PI, Administrator and
Chair
• Always clinical trials contract; 20% overhead –F&A
• Unless $0 budget
