WIthout questI on Style Downtown Valley west west Glen josephsjewelers.com Introducing a New Tradition We are pleased to announce, on the occasion of our tenth annual event, the well known Salisbury Automobile Classic has become the Salisbury Concours d’Elegance. A Concours d’Elegance is defined as a public exhibition and competition of classic vehicles judged chiefly on the basis of elegance and beauty. The Salisbury Concours celebrates the fine art and design of collectable automobiles, consistent with the elegance and beauty of the Salisbury House and Gardens and its rare art and book collections. The first Concours d’Elegance presented in Iowa includes classic era automobiles (sometimes referred to as “rolling sculpture”), as well as vehicles representing other periods of design excellence. In addition to the traditional People’s Choice selections, selected automobiles will be evaluated by teams of concours judges for their elegance and presentation. The Concours mission is to support the Salisbury House Foundation and all proceeds from the Salisbury Concours d’Elegance benefit its educational programs and restoration. Thank you for supporting our efforts to achieve this mission. We hope your visit was memorable, you will tell others and put this show on your calendar to return another year. - Happy Motoring!
