Physical Fitness
From Monday to Friday at least three hours a day is dedicated to the development of
physical fitness. All students participate in Running, Physical Training, and a specially
designed Yogic Workout. Fitness is monitored on a regular basis, and students set
individual goals for achievement.
and cooperative social skills. Students have the opportunity to receive
basic skills training and to participate in a number of interschool
competitions and intramural sports. These include:
• Basketball
• Soccer
