attire and running shoes<br />

(not cross trainers or Nike<br />

Frees)<br />

You need a running watch<br />

that has the ability to time<br />

your runs.<br />

Bring water or Gatorade for<br />

afterwards!<br />

We will meet at the track at<br />

6:00am!<br />

We welcome once again, to our team<br />

breakfast the first week of practice,<br />

TOP SPEED RUNNING in La Verne.<br />

They will be coming out and showing<br />

us the latest shoes and bags,<br />

available for purchase at a fraction of<br />

the price through our Team Deal.<br />

The breakfast will be held at 7:15am<br />

on Friday July 12 th – directly after<br />

practice on the lunch tables by the<br />

MPR. Parents are encouraged<br />

to attend.<br />

doing.%%Get%a%good%supportive%shoe%that%will%stand%up%to%the%mileage.%%If%it’s%your%<br />

first%time%buying,%it’s%a%good%idea%to%go%to%Top%Speed%or%Snails%Pace%and%get%<br />

evaluated%for%the%type%runner%you%are.%%There%are%neutral%shoes,%stability%shoes,%<br />

cushioned%shoes,%the%possibilities%are%endless.%%%Choosing%the%right%ones%and%<br />

making%sure%you’re%not%coming%to%practice%in%old%worn%out%shoes%is%a%priority.%
