Prof. Dr. Attila S.L. Andrade Jr. : Graduated from the Yale Law School
and a LLB from the Federal University and a Fulbright Scholar .
He wrote 20 published books in Brazil and abroad among which in
English, Dr. Andrade is also a visiting law professor at the University of
Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville for the last five years.
