Abstracts are invited for:

ASCIA 2012 Clinical Grand Rounds oral presentations (open
to advanced trainees only)
Abstract submission will open in April 2012 and must be
submitted online at www.ascia2012.com by the closing date
of 2nd July 2012. Acceptance of abstracts will be confirmed
in August and they will be published online in the Internal
Medicine Journal (IMJ) in September 2012.
Please note:
Abstracts will only be accepted if the author has registered
for ASCIA 2012.
Poster discussion sessions will be held on the afternoons of
Thursday 6 September and Saturday 8 September in the
poster area adjacent to the exhibition area. Main authors
should attend these sessions.
Clinical Grand Rounds oral presentations will be held on
Wednesday 5 September immediately after lunch.
Posters should be on flexible lightweight paper or board, no
larger than 1m x 1.2m and include the purpose of the study,
a brief statement of methods, summary of results and
conclusion.
Abstracts will not be selected without results being included.
Standard abbreviations may be used but Greek symbols and
arrows should not be included.
Accommodation
A limited number of hotel rooms at competitive rates have been
reserved for ASCIA 2012 delegates at the hotels listed below,
located close to the Wellington Town Hall. Delegates will need to
directly book these rooms using booking codes (see below) from
April 2012 up until the end of July 2012. Hotels will directly
provide delegates with receipts for their accommodation.
