Travis at the back. Pure galvanized (50 mm Normal bore) hot dip
galvanized pipes ((A" Class as per ISI specification No'
1239.Weigbt of pipe should be approximated 4'2 Kg per meter'
Also add one horizontal supporting pipe of 1630 mm long &
vertical support of 365 mm as shown in the drawing & electrically
welded. Three pipes each 1200 mm long with closed ends should
be provided. Three chains of 5 mm thick & 1400 mm long should
be welded to pipe & Travis. 12 flat guide for pipes should be
provided on front side & 12 flat guides for pipes at the back portion
of Truui, as shown in the drawing' Flat guides should be made up
of 40 mm width X 5 mm thick, Flat & should be welded from all
sides. Two angles of 35 mrn X 35 mm x 4 mm thick with cleats
shouldbeprovidedat200mmfrombottomofTravisforfixingthe
Travis in position with nut bolts' One hook of 10 mm Dai Round
bar, Two rings of 100 mm ID 15 mm Dai & 130 OD' Bar should
be provided of front side of Travis' Two U shaped gusset plates of
3mmthickinshapeofrightanglesisoscelestriangleshaving
hypotenuse 225 mm should be fully welded' Four foundation bars
of ts .n- long should be welded at drilled hole of 150 mm from
bottom at each leg of Travis. Two rounded flanges of 178 mm dia
& 5 mm thick with Bolts 12 mm diameter X 50 mm iong 6 holes &
6 nut bolts should be provided at top of Travis' Al1 pipes ends
should be opened. Pipes joints will not be allowed in each number
of Travis. Bending of pipes should be wrinkle free & welding
should be neatly grinded for the safety of the animals' The Travis
should not be painted with colour & should be strictly according to
the specihcations.
