<strong>The</strong> <strong>Squatters</strong> <strong>Settlement</strong> <strong>Bill</strong>, <strong>2007</strong><br />
Part VII contains miscellaneous provisions. Clause 24 requires the Board<br />
to submit an annual report of its activities to the National Assembly while<br />
clause 25 contains provisions on offence and penalty. Clause 26<br />
empowers the Minister to make rules for the better carrying into effect the<br />
provisions of thee <strong>Bill</strong> once enacted into an Act.<br />
<strong>The</strong> enactment of this <strong>Bill</strong> will occasion additional expenditure of public<br />
funds which will be provided for in the estimates.<br />
