Napoleon’s <strong>Mirage</strong> <br />

series kitchen module confi gures to any <strong>Mirage</strong> <br />

Series grill, transforming your grill<br />

into an outdoor kitchen space. The module simply connects to your garden hose or can be hard piped<br />

into plumbing. A drainage bucket underneath the sink is required if not hard piped (not included).<br />

Soy Wasabi Glaze<br />

• 2 tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable oil<br />

• 1 tsp. (5 mL) sesame oil<br />

• 4 cloves garlic, minced<br />

• 1 tbsp. (15 mL) fi nely chopped ginger<br />

• ½ cup (125 mL) soy sauce<br />

• ¼ cup (60 mL) honey<br />

• 2 tbsp. (30 mL) rice vinegar<br />

• 1 tbsp. (15 mL) Wasabi powder<br />

• to taste, salt and coarsely ground pepper<br />

• ¼ cup (60 mL) toasted sesame seeds<br />

• ½ cup (125 mL) pickled ginger
