Mr. Vinit S. Marathe
Mr. Vinit Marathe has a Masters degree (M.E.) in Metallurgy (by Research) in welding. He is an International
welding engineer (IWE) and has 22 years of experience in this field. He is a chairman of Indian Institute of
welding-Pune chapter. He is a proprietor of Vinarc Engineers – a company that deals with traditional and
advance Welding Processes. He offers his expertise and consultancy services through Marathe Welding Cell.
He is the recipient of
1. All India Best Welding Case Study Award
2. Entrepreneur of the year 2006-07 by PCMC.
3. G.S. Parkhe Industrial Merit award in 2007
Mr. M. S. Subramanian is B.E. (Electrical) and has vast experience in welding machines, process and
maintenance. He is an Indian representative for Cebora Inverters and orbimatic orbital systems.
