High Linearity InGaP<br />
HBT Driver Amplifiers<br />
TriQuint-WJ’s high linearity InGaP HBT driver amplifiers are<br />
single stage devices that operate off a single supply. These<br />
products have high OIP3 and P1dB parameters to meet<br />
requirements for gain block or pre-driver stage in base<br />
station and other wireless infrastructure equipment designs.<br />
The InGaP HBT amplifiers also have excellent linearity<br />
performance to meet system requirements.<br />
