This matter is before the Court for hearings on one<br />

motion and two ex parte applications. <strong>The</strong> motion is<br />

Plaintiff's <strong>Motion</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>Compel</strong> <strong>Production</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Documents</strong> and the ex<br />

parte applications are Plaintiff's Application for an Order<br />

<strong>Compel</strong>ling Defendants <strong>to</strong> Comply with Log Cabin Republicans'<br />

Notice <strong>of</strong> Deposition, et cetera, and Plaintiff's Ex Parte<br />

Application for an Order That Certain Requests for Admissions<br />

be Deemed Admitted, et cetera.<br />

I've read all <strong>of</strong> the papers filed in connection with<br />

each <strong>of</strong> these matters and I have a number <strong>of</strong> questions for<br />

counsel.<br />
